Sacha Greif and Devographics polled 5,463 developers about everything but code. Management tops the workplace issues, and 62% have experienced burnout. Most rely on AI for the bulk of their code, yet sentiment is split down the middle, and only 23% say it had a positive impact on their mental state. Climate change remains the top worry, and exhaustion and disillusionment lead the feelings about the tech industry.
